Ray Gilbert is a Managing Partner at Causal Effects Inc.  He has 20 years of experience in CIO-IT, engineering and customer service roles with Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Huawei other high tech organizations.  He has extensive experience as a speaker on enterprise CIO-IT issues and strategies. He has advised enterprises on: governance, business development, risk management and technology and has facilitated multiple workshops and conferences with Fortune 500 organizations across North America.

Ray lives in Toronto. He is a registered engineer, a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).  Ray supports volunteer initiatives with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and has participated in advisory groups for CIO Executive Summits, Boston University and the WINMEC Consortium at UCLA.
