Matthew Peters is a member of the senior leadership team at McCarthy Tetrault and a partner in the Technology Group. Mr. Peters’ practice includes the negotiation of large technology transactions including outsourcing, system integration and strategic alliances.  Mr. Peters also acts as lead negotiator on many of these transactions, helping develop strategies to increase the success of the underlying project.
Mr. Peters has been ranked among Canada’s top lawyers by numerous publications, such as the 2016 The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of technology law and information technology law, and he has been named The Best Lawyers' Vancouver Technology Law Lawyer of the Year in 2012 and 2015.
