Welcome to the CIO Peer Forum - the annual conference of the CIO Association of Canada.

As the CIO Peer Forum continues to grow, we are able to offer more options to attendees. Whether you are registering for the first time or you have attended in previous years, you will find it helpful to take the time to review the registration categories before proceeding to the registration page. Registration is linked to either the member or non-member registration page.

As part of any full conference registration, you will be asked to select your workshop choices. If you register before all the workshops have been declared, we will contact you later to complete your registration.

Take Advantage of Early Bird Rates:
Early bird registration is available until Friday, March 17, 2017. To qualify for the early bird price both the registration and payment must be received by Friday, March 17, 2017. Unpaid registrations will be billed at the full rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing by Friday, April 21, 2017 are eligible for a refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations received after Friday, April 21, 2017 are not eligible for a refund but a substitute delegate may be named.

Full conference registration includes all keynote, plenary, breakout and workshop sessions, the cocktail reception and all meals offered by the conference.
