Caroline Jellinck is Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Vancouver office and a member of the Global Technology Practice and Board & CEO Practice areas. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in January 2015, most recently Caroline was principal of Jellinck Advisory Services, providing consulting services to corporate clients in the areas of Board Effectiveness, Leadership Improvement and Strategic Talent Optimization.

Caroline spent 15 successful years as an equity partner in the Vancouver office of a leading international search firm.  Caroline brings experience and expertise working with a broad range of clients with a focus on knowledge-based and entrepreneurial organizations.  She has worked with investors and entrepreneurs to help them introduce and advance organizational leadership and professional management.  She has also worked within the post-secondary sector to help her academic clients to enhance their strategic, academic leadership both domestically and abroad.  She managed an active practice with a focus on board recruitment and effectiveness, succession planning, organizational development and leadership.

Caroline is a Patron of Science World BC having served seven years on the Board of Governors.  She was also a committee member for its successful $30 million capital campaign.  Caroline served on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors for the BC Technology Industry Association, the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of the Lower Mainland, the Board of Directors of Douglas College and was involved with the Friends of the Aga Khan University.

Caroline holds an honours bachelor’s of commerce degree from Queen’s University, in Kingston Ontario and a diploma in international corporate governance from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
