As Vice-president, Managed IT Services (MITS) Client Operations, Steve leads a high-performing team responsible for the solutioning, design, delivery and client support of TELUS’ MITS business. The teams reporting to Steve include Client Service & Project Management (East and West), Solution Development & Architecture, Professional Services, Process excellence and Business Enablement.  MITS Client Operations is focused on delivering the highest levels of service and IT innovation to enable our customers to succeed in the markets they serve. Working in partnership with Sales and Marketing, the team is actively engaged in the ongoing transformation of our MITS business, capitalizing on the investments made in our world-leading data centres to provide a best-in-industry customer experience.    

 
Since joining TELUS in 1995, Steve has held a variety of leadership positions in network, IT operations, application development and program delivery, and has been involved in the development of critical service offerings spanning TELUS TV, Contact Centre, large customer deal implementation, portal and new services introduction for our Small/Medium & Enterprise businesses.
Steve holds a BA from Carleton University, and a Diploma in Telecommunications Management. He serves as a Director for the Take a Hike Foundation, a non-profit focused on improving the lives of at-risk youth through a unique combination of adventure-based learning, counseling, academics and community service
