TELUS has been on a journey to the cloud for several years. Carlos will share insights and lessons learned from that journey, including the transformation of the CIO role to that of a managed service provider. We have to really think about the way that we’re going to offer services in the future. There’s a new skill set involved – negotiations. You can’t let the business units go crazy and start developing silo-ed or shadow systems. But you have to work with them to find out what they want.”
