PANELIST: How to Wow Your Customers

Jim Love is an IT Executive, Consultant, Writer and Internet Journalist – 35 Years’ experience with in business in senior IT and line of business positions.  Jim has worked as an executive and a consultant for many large companies in Canada and internationally.  Currently he is the CIO & Chief Digital Officer at ITWC – Publisher of CanadianCIO, Computer Dealer News (CDN), Computing  Canada,  Direction  informatique (DI), ITWorldCanada.com and ITBusiness.ca - and the leading provider of IT related events in Canada.  
As a consultant, he worked with Ernst & Yount and DMR Consulting (now Fujitsu) where he headed the management world- wide consulting practice in IT Value Management and Portfolio Management.  In recognition of his contribution to consulting in Canada, he was inducted as a Fellow (FCMC) by the Institute of Certified Management Consultants.  Jim continues to train a large number of consultants in both the CMA and CMC programs.
As a writer/broadcaster he has published a number of articles and research papers on IT in Canada and abroad.  His articles and interviews have appeared in IT Business and IT World Canada.   He has been a guest editor and featured writer for the Cutter Journal in the US. 
He has produced a number of podcasts and video series. His award winning series "CIO to CIO" features interviews with some of the leading CIOs and analysts throughout North America.  His podcasts "Game Changing" and "The Customer Experience Show" ran for several years.  He currently appears in CMO Digital - a regular series produced by ITWC.
Jim has been also been part of the faculty of several Canadian universities including the University of Waterloo where he has taught in the Master’s program at the Conrad School for Business Entrepreneurship and Technology (CBET).
